Create a New Support Request

How to Submit a Support Request

Option 1: In-App Support

  1. Open the ItemizePro app
  2. Go to Settings > Help & Support
  3. Tap "Contact Support"
  4. Fill out the support form with:
    • Your issue description
    • Steps to reproduce the problem
    • Device information
    • App version

Option 2: Email Support

Send an email to: support@itemizepro.com

Include the following information:

  • Your account email
  • Device type (iPhone, Android, etc.)
  • App version
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Screenshots if applicable

Option 3: GitHub Issues

For technical issues or feature requests:

  1. Visit our GitHub repository
  2. Click "Issues"
  3. Click "New Issue"
  4. Choose the appropriate template

What to Include in Your Request

For Bug Reports

  • Clear description of the problem
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • Expected vs. actual behavior
  • Device and app version information
  • Screenshots or screen recordings

For Feature Requests

  • Description of the desired feature
  • Use case or problem it would solve
  • Any additional context or examples

For General Questions

  • Specific question or concern
  • What you've already tried
  • Any relevant account or device information

Response Times

  • Critical Issues: Within 24 hours
  • General Support: Within 2-3 business days
  • Feature Requests: Reviewed monthly

Tips for Faster Resolution

  1. Be specific: Provide detailed information about your issue
  2. Include screenshots: Visual evidence helps us understand the problem
  3. Test on different devices: If possible, try reproducing the issue on another device
  4. Check for updates: Make sure you're using the latest version of the app

Privacy and Security

  • We never ask for your password
  • All support communications are confidential
  • We may ask for app logs to help diagnose issues
  • Personal information is handled according to our privacy policy
