How to Submit a Support Request
Option 1: In-App Support
- Open the ItemizePro app
- Go to Settings > Help & Support
- Tap "Contact Support"
- Fill out the support form with:
- Your issue description
- Steps to reproduce the problem
- Device information
- App version
Option 2: Email Support
Send an email to: support@itemizepro.com
Include the following information:
- Your account email
- Device type (iPhone, Android, etc.)
- App version
- Detailed description of the issue
- Screenshots if applicable
Option 3: GitHub Issues
For technical issues or feature requests:
- Visit our GitHub repository
- Click "Issues"
- Click "New Issue"
- Choose the appropriate template
What to Include in Your Request
For Bug Reports
- Clear description of the problem
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Expected vs. actual behavior
- Device and app version information
- Screenshots or screen recordings
For Feature Requests
- Description of the desired feature
- Use case or problem it would solve
- Any additional context or examples
For General Questions
- Specific question or concern
- What you've already tried
- Any relevant account or device information
Response Times
- Critical Issues: Within 24 hours
- General Support: Within 2-3 business days
- Feature Requests: Reviewed monthly
Tips for Faster Resolution
- Be specific: Provide detailed information about your issue
- Include screenshots: Visual evidence helps us understand the problem
- Test on different devices: If possible, try reproducing the issue on another device
- Check for updates: Make sure you're using the latest version of the app

- We never ask for your password
- All support communications are confidential
- We may ask for app logs to help diagnose issues
